Wedding Pianists for hire in Derby
Latest reviews of our Wedding Pianists in Derby

" Vanessa was truly amazing at our wedding ceremony. She did a lovely variety of classical and hits as our guests were seated which added to the atmosphere nicely. Our ceremony, signing and exit songs were played so well and timed to rise and fade perfectly. She was able to provide all her own kit and set up which helped a lot as we had a church wedding and we werent sure what would be available. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa to anyone needing pianist as she is extremely professional, friendly and talented. We couldnt have picked a better person. "

My venue doesn't have a piano - what should I do?
Most pianists will have a keyboard and speakers that they can bring to your event - some may even be able to provide a piano shell to mimic the look of a piano (however this will likely cost extra). Nowadays keyboards can sound just as good as the real thing, so don't let not having a piano stop you!
What kind of music can a pianist play?
Most professional pianists will be extremely competent in a wide range of styles/genres. It's basically up to you what you'd like them to play. Give them an idea of the types of music/songs you'd like to hear, and they'll put together a set of music you'll be sure to love!
I want my pianist to sing as well. Is this possible?
Yes! Many pianists will sing and play piano - they can also do a mixture of accompanied and unaccompanied music to provide some variation to their performance! They'll most likely mention this information on their profile, as well as have links to videos showcasing their skills.
