Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
The best plans include some flexibility. If running orders or timings change slightly in the run up to your event, just let me know.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes. This is often requested and included in the booking fee. I have various playlists ready to go to be played through my PA.
How much time do you need to set up?
Depending on proximity of parking and access to the event space I would usually recommend at least 45 minutes to 1 hour to allow for set up. Once the PA is set up, I can provide a free playlist service to provide atmospheric backing for guests to enjoy before the live performance.
If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?
Yes absolutely providing the instrument is in full working order and is in tune.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
I tailor set lists to be a wide mix of songs suitable for what works best at the event. You can also select your favourites and even request a few new ones (to be discussed in advance of the day).
Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?
Yes. I bring my own stage piano and PA speakers but am also flexible to use an instrument at the venue if there is already one there in good working order and in tune.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes - if your favourite song is not already in my repertoire list, you can request up to 3 new songs and I'm happy to include this in the booking fee. Let me know in advance your choices and I'll be happy to include them in the set.
