🌳 The World’s Most Sustainable Way to Book Live Musicians
We offset our musicians' emissions when they travel to gigs, and we plant a tree for every booking. We grew tired of listening to empty promises and 20-year plans from the music industry, so we’re leading by example today. Learn more here.
🌍 Climate Positive Workforce
We offset every team members' day-to-day emissions through our climate partner, Ecologi. Learn more here.
🤸 Flexible hybrid working
We practice hybrid-remote working. We can mostly do our jobs remotely, but building a strong culture on a foundation of deep trust is best done in person. We have our own office at the legendary Ministry of Sound in London, which the team can use 5 days per week.
We have two in-person requirements:
(i) that everyone in the company comes in to work in the office every Thursday at a minimum, and
(ii) new joiners join us in the office for 3 days per week during their first month at the company to accelerate the process of onboarding and getting to know colleagues.
For these reasons, we prefer to hire people based within travelling distance of London, but this isn't a deal-breaker. At the moment, we only hire people based in the UK. 🇬🇧
💰 Earn Shares in the Company
Every full-time employee is granted share options in the company, which become more valuable as the company becomes more valuable.
🏖️ 26 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays)
We offer 25 days of paid holiday per year plus bank holidays (we even get an extra day off in January because James, our CEO, is from Scotland!).
🏢 We work at the Ministry of Sound
When we’re not WFH, we’re working from the legendary Ministry of Sound in London, in their co-working space alongside a whole host of other creative and music industry-focused teams.
🖥️ WFH equipment budget
Need a laptop stand, second monitor or something else to make your working environment more productive at home? We'll provide it for you.
📚 Learning & Development budget
One of our company values is ‘Never Stop Learning’ and we'll do everything we can to help you grow as fast as possible. We'll buy any books, courses, and resources you need to help you develop in your role.
🏓 Regular Socials
We host fantastic monthly socials around London. Every month, a pair of team members are chosen at random to surprise the rest of the team with an activity of their choosing.
🏋️ Fitness Allowance
We’re big on wellbeing, both physical and mental, so everyone can claim up to £40/mo on fitness activities. This can cover individual classes, events, or can go towards gym memberships.
