OPEN ROLES (1)
Are you looking for your next challenge at a rapidly growing music startup? We’re making it easier than ever to book incredible musicians for private and corporate events, concerts and recording sessions. Demand for our musicians is growing rapidly, and for a simple reason: agencies and old-fashioned directories are opaque and time-consuming. The modern customer expects a fast, simple and transparent platform like Encore. Our marketplace is home to 23,000+ musicians and 7,000+ bands and ensembles, giving us the largest supply of live musicians in the UK. A platform like Encore has never been built before, and we’re incredibly proud of the diverse selection of musicians who have joined our community so far. A few examples of recent bookings: - Cover Bands for the Guinness Tent at the RBS Six Nations Championship - Jazz bands for the Virgin Sport Hackney Half Marathon - Monthly entertainment for the Google Entrepreneurs community - Mariachi Band for a large social network summer party We’ve booked thousands of musicians for thousands of occasions, and we’re only just getting started. (such as wedding venues, corporate event planners, and pubs/restaurants) We are not looking for you to slam the phones, pitching companies from a script. You will be building, developing and refining our sales process, all the while listening closely to the needs of our customers and relaying this feedback to the team.
