🤸 Flexible hybrid working
We practice hybrid-remote working. We can mostly do our jobs remotely, but building a strong culture on a foundation of deep trust is best done in person. We have our own office in East London, which the team can use 5 days per week.
We ask that all employees come into the office every Wednesday at a minimum, and join additional quarterly onsites.
For these reasons, we prefer to hire people based within travelling distance of London, but this isn't a deal-breaker. At the moment, we only hire people based in the UK. 🇬🇧
