Wedding Cellists for hire in Devon
Latest reviews of our Wedding Cellists in Devon

"Janna played during our wedding ceremony this October, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment she accepted the job to the day of the wedding, she was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. As I’m Norwegian and wanted to include some Norwegian pieces, Janna not only learned and performed them beautifully but also sent me recordings she had made with her pianist beforehand. She even went above and beyond by writing out cello music for a Coldplay song I requested. I would highly recommend Janna to anyone looking for a talented and professional cellist, she truly made our ceremony unforgettable!"

FAQs about hiring Wedding Cellists in Devon
Take the stress out of hiring musicians with Encore
What kind of music can a cellist play?
Just about anything! Cellists will usually be most comfortable playing classical music, but that doesn't mean they won't be able to put together a fresh renditions of your favourite pop, folk, or jazz tune. Best to check first before asking them to play Sub-Saharan reggae though.
Will I need to provide the cellist with any equipment?
Other than a seat, probably not. If your venue is small, they will likely play unamplified. All they'll need to make the music happen is their violin, a bow, and a receptive audience (oh, and probably a music stand). If your venue is larger, they should be able to provide amplification.
Will my cellist be able to play Ave Maria, Après un rêve, & Sicilienne during the signing of the register?
Well, Sheku Kanneh-Mason did it for Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding - so why not!
