With her versatile offering from drinks receptions to dinner entertainment through to high energy sets to get the party started setting her performances apart. Lydia has brought her unique offering to corporate functions, private parties, weddings and club nights, and has held residencies with DJs across London’s marquee venues. Lydia is a proficient and experienced session player. She has shared the stage and performed with artists such as Snow Patrol, Sarah Darling, Jenn Bostic, Stealth, Matt Mitchell. She frequently undertakes studio session work and has recorded in prestigious venues such as AIR Studios, RAK Recordings, Abbey Road Studios, and Trident Studios. Lidia is a London-based cellist, who studied at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music with David Strange. Originally from Spain, she gained experience from a young age winning a place at the prestigious music school in Madrid. She was also a member of the Tenerife Symphony orchestra, Malaga Symphony orchestra and RTVE orchestra. Lidia dedicates time recording and playing regularly with the various orchestras and chamber groups around the UK.
