"Clare was great from the initial booking. I booked her for my husband’s 40th birthday party. She stayed in touch via email / message and was prompt to reply to any questions I had. She offers a huge variety of songs to play on the saxophone and just about any song for the DJ part. On the night, both her DJing & playing the sax was awesome! What are the most popular styles for a saxophonist to play?
Saxophonists are very versatile, and they can play across a dizzyingly diverse array of genres. These genres includes: jazz, funk, pop, R&B, blues, reggae, ska, and soul/Motown.
Will I need to provide the saxophonist with any equipment?
In most cases, saxophonists will come fully equipped with a PA system and microphone; they're able to set up just about anywhere (so long as it's close to a power socket!). The only things you'll need to provide is a seat for breaks, and enough light for them to manoeuvre.
