What do your clients love most about your performances?

Nick's musical talents helped us to create the atmosphere and ambience we were looking for at our wedding and nothing was too much for him. All of our guests commented at how impressed they were with him. He played great background music, and then helped us get the party started in the evening by playing along with our chosen playlist.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

BBC Two, BBC Radio Three, BBC Radio Two, Channel 4, Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Trondheim Jazz Festival, Symphony Hall Birmingham, Birmingham Town Hall, Royal Shakespeare Company.

There are too many to tell!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Live on BBC Two Saturday night television. I was featured soloist alongside the Birmingham Royal Ballet as part of "Shakespeare Live from the RSC" Celebrating 400 years since Shakespeare. Other notable performers included Dame Judi Dench, Sir Ian McKellen, Benedict Cumberbatch, David Tennant and Eddie Redmayne.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know and I'm sure we'll be able to figure something out.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free so the music continues if I'm taking a break. If you'd like a DJ service via my PA after the final set , I can provide this for an additional fee.

I usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up I can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for my live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests enjoy the music and have an amazing time. However, I'm definitely happy to chat through and make sure I find what works for your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument and have a full PA system suitable for the biggest to the smallest of venues.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account the time it might take to learn it.
