He communicated well in advance, tailoring his repertoire to our wants and needs, and even going so far as to learn new and unfamiliar songs for us. All our guests commented on his abilities and what a lovely person he is, and how he was flexible and adaptable to all the requests thrown at him. He arrived well before all the guests so as to be fully set up and ready, and remained well past the agreed time until we all departed.
