What do your clients love most about your performances?
I think my clients love the fact that I'm passionate about my job. I genuinely love to perform at events and I will do everything I can to ensure that the music runs smoothly, I understand that it is an important influence over the event.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
I have performed at multiple weddings across the country in beautiful churches, barns and village halls. I also play in restaurants such as Rope and Twines in Liverpool City Centre and have played on stage at Victoria Hall. I've provided background music for open and presentation events in primary and high schools and sixth forms. I take every opportunity.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
My contemporary style has been influenced by Ludovic Einaudi, I adore his music - it is perfect for any event. I'm also influenced by popular artists who do acoustic songs as Jasmine Thompson and Lewis Capaldi.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
I performed as part of a band at Victoria Hall in 2017 for a showcase performance. This was held in Stoke City Centre and was a lot of fun.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
As long as you let me know in advance I try my best to be flexible to help your event to run smoothly. I can rearrange things to fit around you. I won't usually change my price unless the timings change drastically and I'm needed for more than an extra 45 minutes.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Unfortunately this is not something that I can provide myself however I can recommend some good DJ's for you to get in touch with.
How much time do you need to set up?
I usually set up 30 minutes before the performance time. As soon as everything is set up I will begin to play to provide background music to help to set the atmosphere for your guests.
If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?
Yes of course, as long as the piano is in tune and working well than I'm happy to perform on that.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, I have around 180 songs on my setlist so I'm happy for you to choose which songs you would prefer to hear at your event. I'm happy to advise you based on my experience too as to which songs work well depending on the event.
Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?
Yes I have all of my own equipment that is insured and PAT tested so I can bring a keyboard and an amp with me.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
If a song isn't included in my setlist I'm happy to learn it for no extra cost, as long as you give me enough notice so that I can learn it to a good enough standard!
