Latest reviews of our Wedding Violinists in County Armagh

"Conor played at our corporate summer BBQ and he was magnificent. True professional and extremely talented. He responded to all communications and queries in a timely manner and produced extensive set list to choose from. Conor arrived ahead to time to ensure everything was ok and ready to go at start of event. He also observed how event was going and played from list accordingly eg. When meal was served he played the classical musical I had selected. I would have no hesitation recommending Conor. "

"We had an intimate wedding, and having Gaynor there was truly the cherry on the cake. She arrived early, was incredibly professional, and played so beautifully throughout the morning. Her music added such an elegant and emotional touch - our guests agreed that she made the whole experience magical. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!"
Katie hired Gaynor Sutcliffe for a Wedding (available in County Armagh)

"I am so glad we booked Gaynor for our wedding ceremony. In the run up to the day, Gaynor was easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate all of our requests. Gaynor ended up having to play for longer than usual, but this was no issue. Gaynor played beautifully and all of our guests loved her, so much that they gave her a round of applause after every song. Thank you so much!"

FAQs about hiring Wedding Violinists in County Armagh
Take the stress out of hiring musicians with Encore
What kind of music can a violinist play?
Pretty much anything! Violinists will usually be most comfortable playing classical music, but that doesn't mean they won't be able whip up fresh renditions of your favourite pop, folk, or jazz tunes. Best to check first before asking them to play krautrock though.
Will I need to provide the violinist with any equipment?
Other than a seat for breaks, probably not. If your venue is small, they will likely play unamplified. All they'll need to make the music happen is their violin, a bow, and a receptive audience (oh, and probably a music stand). If your venue is larger, they should be able to provide amplification.
Do violinists normally play with backing tracks?
It depends. If you only want the violinist’s performance to include classical pieces, they probably won’t need backing tracks. If the violinist’s performance includes pop songs or other styles, they may be able to provide backing tracks to fill out their performance. They’ll often perform the melody line of popular tunes, alongside pre-prepared backing tracks (think: ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran, or ‘Skyfall’ by Adele - these songs sound great played on violin!).
