I am a professional violinist operating in the Midlands area. With over 25 years of special event performance experience and many 5 star reviews, I can help make your special event even more unique! I offer acoustic and electric violin and can create bespoke set lists that will suit any event and leave your guests with memories that will last forever. I provide my own PA system and offer a service tailored to your specific requirements; I even offer to match your dress code or colour scheme where possible! I studied a Music degree at Royal Holloway, University of London and specialised in Violin performance and Composition. I have over 25 years of experience in performance and many years of experience in teaching music and the violin, music theory, viola, cello and trumpet. I hold a PGCE in Music from the Institute of Education. I have been Head of Music at a variety of establishments before my music career was put on hold for 7 years back in 2004 as I served my country as a Royal Navy Officer. I am glad to be back in the music business, specialising in event performances such as weddings and parties as well as composing orchestral and chamber works. I enjoy displaying how versatile the violin can be by performing all styles of music; anything from classical to popular and rock to film music. As a composer I have had works performed at the Lichfield Festival and by orchestras, as well as performances for films. I have also performed at the Lichfield Festival as well as the Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Edgbaston Stadium, Headingly Stadium, National Memorial Arboretum and hundreds of wedding venues across the Midlands.
