I'm a classical and contemporary violinist based in the UK between Edinburgh and Liverpool. My style is a clean and warm sound with a modern acoustic touch, varying across all genres. I am a graduate of the Royal northern college of music. Some of the highlights of my career include performing on the Carnival Conquest cruise ship from March-September 2019 playing everything from Mozart to songs by Ed Sheeran. Playing violin is my absolute joy and passion, and I love nothing more than lifting people's spirits through music. I am available for all weddings, Funeral services and events throughout the year. I play with Gentle Piano backing tracks and I bring all of my own equipment. I always arrive 30 minutes before I am due to play to give myself time to set up. As an experienced Violinist I can play any requests you have as long as I have time in advance to prepare the songs. I can play almost anything in this way. So don’t be shy to ask for what you would like! I cover all genres including film, jazz, Bollywood, R&B, Reggae, classical, Irish Fiddle, Folk and Modern, Pop and Rock music. I have a very trained musical ear and I really enjoy learning new music. All of this is reflected in the price I charge to make each special occasion extra special.

Jordan was amazing for our wedding! He played for guest arrival, ceremony & drinks reception & played lots of songs we requested which was great to hear. People were even up dancing at the drinks reception! The music during the signing of the register was so beautiful as was the aisle entrance. All of our guests commented on how incredible he was and he really was one of our main highlights of the day. Can’t recommend him enough!! Thank you so much Jordan.

Wedding Proposal1 hour

This is my minimum fee for Wedding Proposals which will vary depending on the location and timing. I have portable equipment so I can play in any outdoor location.

This includes playing for up to 1.5-2 hours (with a 5-10 minute break) as guests have canopes/ drinks before the Wedding breakfast/dinner

1-1.5 hr playing time for guest arrival and Ceremony.

Wedding Package4 hours

This package includes playing as guest arrive, the full Ceremony, and afterwards for photographs/ drinks reception. This also covers all travel expenses.

Do you have different line-up options?

I play Solo Violin with Piano backing tracks. My style varies from a more relaxed acoustic set to a more dynamic upbeat style. I have my own equipment including my amplifier, Mic and tracks which I bring with me on the day. I don't need a power device from the Venue. I also have my own PLI insurance which covers me for each event.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That is fine, I am always very flexible with bookings regarding timings as long as you let me know in advance.

How much time do you need to set up?

5- 10 minutes set up time 30 minute before event arrival time

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

You can choose any song from the set list and any other song requests just let me know. You can have as many as you like!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes I bring all of my own equipment including amplifier, Mic and backing tracks.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes I can learn any specific songs in good time, I do charge extra fees for learning new music depending on how many songs I need to learn in advance of the occasion.
