Emma combines an excellent professional standard of musical performance with a friendly and helpful personality! She will do everything in the run up to your event to be helpful and efficient and perform to the highest standard on the day.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Emma performs at festivals and venues all over the UK as well as touring in Europe. In 2018 she was nominated in the prestigious British Jazz Awards. She has also performed live on both radio and television.

Do you have different line-up options?

I perform solo violin for civil and church wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions, pre-ceremony welcome & wedding breakfasts as well as all kinds of other occasions such as proposals, anniversaries, funerals, family celebrations.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

How much time do you need to set up?

I will arrive 30-45 minutes before I am due to start playing which allows ample time to set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes you can choose any pieces from the song-list. Wherever possible I will also accommodate song choices that are not on the current song-list. If you have a request that doesn't appear on the song-list just ask and I will let you know if it is possible.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument to play acoustically as-well as an acoustic amplifier and specialist violin microphone where amplification is needed.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you. I always check out any new requests first to make sure they will work/ sound right on solo violin and will let you know. When time allows I will also record a short sample video so that you can check it out for yourself before deciding.
