Acoustic violin - solo (no PA system) - suitable for an intimate space or a space with large acoustics i.e hall, church. Suitable music choices - classical/baroque solo violin Acoustic violin with PA system - Suitable for any venue with traditional violin sound. Any genre Electric Violin with PA system - Any venue with Electric violin sound. Any genre

Q: What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I try to be as flexible as possible with timings. If there are any changes please let me know as soon as possible and I will let you know what can be done to accommodate.

Q: How much time do you need to set up?

At least 30 minutes - this is so I can warm up and ensure all my equipment can be set up and make sure I know where I need to be for each location (if there is more than one) I usually like to arrive an hour before but no later than 30 minutes.

Q: Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, unless performing to a large crowd or very large room in which case I would need a larger PA be provided - either by the venue or externally

Q: Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes I can, usually free of charge unless it is a song I haven’t heard before or I need to source a backing track, the extra practice time or the cost of an original backing track may incur a small charge but that will all be discussed in the booking.

Wow, where to begin?! The moment we came across Claire Rhiannon we were sold! We happened to see Claire Rhiannon after we had booked her at a wedding Fayre and she was kind enough to give me a demo of my wedding song! She is so easy to communicate with, even with how busy she is! Also extremely accommodating. Fast forward to our special day, Claire Rhiannon was a show stopper! Not only did she look amazing she played beautifully, better than you could ever imagine! Our guests were commenting on her all night long and even inspired my younger niece to start music! Her music truly does mesmerise you and I cannot thank her enough! My wife and I are so happy. All our love, Katie and Emma

Claire was very professional in her performance and dealings leading up to the wedding and on the day. She communicated promptly with us and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. We had the pleasure of having Claire play for us during our wedding reception, and she was absolutely fantastic. We spoke to Claire prior to our event and we shared with her the kind of atmosphere we wanted to create and a list of our favourite songs from her collection. Claire listened carefully and put together the most wonderful set, which perfectly captured the mood and kept our guests entertained throughout. It was everything we had hoped for and more. We would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to hire a violinist — she plays beautifully, is incredibly professional, and is such a lovely person to work with.

Claire was brilliant throughout the booking process and on the actual day of our wedding. Communication was amazing and she made sure we were happy with all aspects of her work. We have had so many comments from guests who loved her music and commented how talented and kind she was to everyone! Our 7 month old niece was sat in front of Claire during the ceremony and she was absolutely mesmerised! Claire was great in moving around our venue depending on the weather also - no complaints and moved seamlessly without us worrying about it! She has such a talent on the violin and I would recommend any couple to opt for live music, especially something so romantic such as violin! Could not be happier with Claire’s work 😊<3
