"I was looking for a quote for a violinist for 05/10/24 for my wedding day in Gretna Green. After numerous searches I came across Emma’s page. I can honestly say she’s amazing. Emma has got back to me straight away with any queries I had. I changed my mind with song choices and she was happy to amend. I also asked if she could do a video of her on the violin to a certain song and she also did that for me no problem. I would recommend her to anybody. She turned up on my wedding day and the guests said she was great. I can’t wait to look at what the videographer captured as I missed most of her songs with so much going on. Thank you so much Emma. You have been fantastic and you’re such a lovely person :-) "
Tonya hired Violin for Weddings for a Wedding (available in Middlesbrough)

"Emma stepped in the night before our wedding due to our other violinist cancelling. We are so grateful that she was able to play at our big day. Emma just picked up the music straight away that we’d requested and played so wonderfully. All of our guests loved the music and it made our wedding feel even more special. Thank you. "

FAQs about hiring Wedding Violinists in Middlesbrough
Take the stress out of hiring musicians with Encore
What kind of music can a violinist play?
Pretty much anything! Violinists will usually be most comfortable playing classical music, but that doesn't mean they won't be able whip up fresh renditions of your favourite pop, folk, or jazz tunes. Best to check first before asking them to play krautrock though.
Will I need to provide the violinist with any equipment?
Other than a seat for breaks, probably not. If your venue is small, they will likely play unamplified. All they'll need to make the music happen is their violin, a bow, and a receptive audience (oh, and probably a music stand). If your venue is larger, they should be able to provide amplification.
Do violinists normally play with backing tracks?
It depends. If you only want the violinist’s performance to include classical pieces, they probably won’t need backing tracks. If the violinist’s performance includes pop songs or other styles, they may be able to provide backing tracks to fill out their performance. They’ll often perform the melody line of popular tunes, alongside pre-prepared backing tracks (think: ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran, or ‘Skyfall’ by Adele - these songs sound great played on violin!).
