"We had Lloyd play at our wedding in Feb 2025 and he was absolutely amazing! He worked seamlessly with our DJ to co-ordinate music and kept the party going! We had such a varied set, including naughties pop, 80's classics and naughties rock, and Lloyds versatility enabled him to play wonderfully to all the music! "Dave was superb for my last minute bar party at home. Communication was the fastest compared to others and he was really accommodating. He even managed to do a track for me that I gave to him at short notice and he’s so skilled he jammed along to it and he was amazing! What are the most popular styles for a saxophonist to play?
Saxophonists are very versatile, and they can play across a dizzyingly diverse array of genres. These genres includes: jazz, funk, pop, R&B, blues, reggae, ska, and soul/Motown.
Will I need to provide the saxophonist with any equipment?
In most cases, saxophonists will come fully equipped with a PA system and microphone; they're able to set up just about anywhere (so long as it's close to a power socket!). The only things you'll need to provide is a seat for breaks, and enough light for them to manoeuvre.
