'Smooth Sax' is an experienced performer who has toured and recorded a variety of well known artists including 'Scissor Sisters', 'Super Furry Animals', 'Gomez', 'Tony Christie', 'Martha Reeves', 'Joe Longthorne' and 'Peter Grant'. He also works regularly as a sax player on national theatre tours and can currently be seen in the hit Motown show 'How Sweet It Is'. He has played on TV and at major festivals all over the world and performed at top UK jazz venues including 'Ronnie Scott's', '606', 'Pizza Express Soho' and 'Jazz Cafe'. He also works as a solo performer with backing tracks, providing high quality music for weddings, parties, drinks receptions and dinner events.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I try my best to be flexible - If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. I can offer this service at no extra cost.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about 30 mins before the performance time.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

I'm happy to arrange beforehand requested songs from the playlist.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument, speakers and ipad.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list I may still know it. If there is a particular song you'd like me to learn this may also be possible so just let me know.
