Creating a luxurious atmosphere with stylish elegance. Lizzy Bennie

Lizzy is a performer who provides live music for private bookings. She creates a luxurious atmosphere that adds a stylish elegance to your event. Not only is she available as a singing harpist, with or without a backing band but she can also be booked to perform as a soloist on her saxophone or flute. Whether you are planning a exclusive garden party or a fairy tale wedding, Lizzy will offer the perfect ambience for your event. She is a freelance musician who works within the Hampshire & London area. Why choose Lizzy as a harpist? Lizzy performs on a smaller Pilgrim's pedal harp which is the perfect size for any intimate setting. It may be smaller than your average orchestral harp but it can produce a full sound that will generate a unique & calming atmosphere for both inside or out of your venue. As Lizzy's harp is portable, it will suit any type of venue even those which may have limited available space. Lizzy is covered by public liability insurance & all of her equipment has up to date PAT testing. If you wish, between Lizzy's performance sets, she can provide background music through her transportable amp to fill the silence in her break. Past Venues of performance: House of Commons, Royal Albert Hall, Chichester Jazz Festival, Turner Sims, Talking Heads, The Concorde Club, 02 Guildhall, Winchester Cathedral, Aurora (P&O), Oceana (P&O), Royal Southern Yacht Club, Royal Southampton Yacht Club, Lymington Town Sailing Club, Southampton City Art Gallery, Gunwharf Quays, Goodwood Fashion Show, L K Bennett, Brasserie Blanc, Old Thorns Manor Hotel Golf and Country Estate, Southampton Harbour Hotel, Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton Art House, Portsmouth Cathedral, The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Lizzy is a super talented amazing young lady. She played beautifully at our wedding, loving the small children and encouraging them to play on the harp. This made my day, seeing my granddaughters delighting at the harp . Lizzy is extremely professional, communicating with me before the day, arriving punctually, and playing beautifully. Thank you Lizzy you truly gave us a magical performance . Our guests all commented how beautifully you play. Our day was perfect.

Thanks Lizzy for making the time to support our charity and play so beautifully at our wedding in Portsmouth on the 24th April 2017. The bride and groom were overwhelmed by your generosity as it was such an important part of their day."

There has always been a good jazz scene in Southampton. At present time it's very exciting due to the strength of the young musicians. One multi - talented player is Lizzy Bennie, she acquits herself to the highest levels with her vocals and sax playing. A real highlight is Lizzy playing Harp and vocalising as a very recent concert for Southampton Mencap proved . Both music and the rapport with the audience were very high indeed. I feel I could book this young lady into any jazz or associated music situation, a great talent for now and a jazzy future!
