As an accomplished saxophonist, pianist and DJ, I'm fortunate to be one of the resident musicians at at the luxurious Celtic Manor Resort. I have an extensive repertoire of Modern Pop, Swinging Jazz , Soulful Easy Listening, Ibiza House and even Disney tunes! Whether you require beautiful saxophone melodies for a champagne reception, classic piano favourites for a wedding ceremony, or a DJ for a party, I aim to provide the complete music service at an all-in price that is fantastic value. Very often I combine playing alto, tenor and soprano saxophones with DJing and also piano and flute to create a great atmosphere for a reception. (I’m a former musical director for the Hilton Park Lane and P&O Cruises) For weddings I can play for the arrival of your guests before the ceremony on piano, during the ceremony as a saxophonist or pianist and for the post ceremony drinks reception as a saxophonist and DJ. As a session musician I've been fortunate to play for artists including the Supremes, the Temptations, Curiosity Killed the Cat, The Korgis and the Drifters. I've often played as an orchestral and jazz musician for BBC TV. I also sing in a relaxed style. Sound quality is always pleasant and perfectly tailored for events of any size. The core of my repertoire is based on great, well known pop and jazz songs but I'm happy to incorporate some 'Ibiza' style tunes too. I cover nearly every style and genre of music from Pop to Classical, Jazz to Ibiza House and at the core of my repertoire is great pop tunes from artists such as Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac, Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Dean I also play jazz clarinet and can play and sing a jazz set comprising of all the great jazz standards played in an authentic style. All the technical equipment to make your celebration a success is supplied: a top quality PA system, and excellent lighting system (including moving lights) and a DJ booth if required. I'm also happy to DJ for parties and to play saxophone as a special cabaret feature! Please note - I’m primarily not an Ibiza style wandering saxophonist. What I aim to provide is fantastic music that everyone can enjoy either to listen or dance to!
