"The band were AMAZING!! We had so much fun with them. They played at my wedding a few weeks ago and it was so smooth to plan everything with them so on the day it was great, from set up to finish. Which we didn't want it to! My friend is getting married next year and asked for the band's details so if that's not a sign of how good they were I don't know what is! Hope she books them so I see them again! Music sounded great, their interaction with the crowd got everyone involved, and my 'dad and daughter' dance with my dad ended up being to Britney spears Toxic (random!!) My only advice would be to book them for the whole night 😉 We did 2 sets of 45mins but we could have danced with them all night!! "

Can any brass band play my favourite song?
Professional brass bands will often take requests, but you will need to give them plenty of notice. Please also keep in mind that brass bands may ask for an small additional fee to prepare songs that aren't already on their song list. You can view the brass band's song list on their Encore profile.
How much time do brass bands take to set up?
Your brass band will usually arrive about an hour or so before their performance begins to set up and get settled before they start playing. To avoid any delays, make sure the performance space is ready for the brass band prior to their arrival.
My venue has asked for the performer’s PLI & PAT inspection certificates. What are these?
PLI stands for Public Liability Insurance. This insurance covers damage to another person or their property (it is also known as third party insurance). As many of our brass bands are members of the Musician's Union, they are already covered by PLI up to £10 million. PAT stands for portable appliance testing. Most of our brass bands will already have a PAT inspection certificate for their musical equipment/PA system, which they can provide to your venue if they need it.
