From the outset, her communication with us, and then the wedding couple, was fabulous. She offered an amazing playlist and the facility to learn four extra songs as part of her agreed price. She sent through details and then arranged a comprehensive phone call to go through the finest details. She liaised with the venue and was set up and very ready to go when our first guests arrived. She played beautifully but also looked amazing. Guests from all around the world, very used to events and being entertained, were super-impressed with her virtuosity and flair.
