Latest reviews of our Wedding Violinists in Dublin

"Niamh was such a joy to work with! She played for our elopement style wedding on the Cliffs of Moher, and having her play the violin so beautifully as we did the ceremony added so much to our perfect day! She went above and beyond in every way, from driving all the way out to the cliffs to learning a special piece that we requested. I would highly recommend! "

"Alex was amazing m! She was beyond professional and discussed with the hotel so sort an issue that the hotel staff did not about! All out guests were mesmerised by her performance both during the ceremony and at the reception! The mix of classical and contemporary music allowed everyone to by emerged in the music and another statement for her amazing performance is that our guests also danced during the reception (even thought it was completely unexpected for the drinks reception). Additionally Conor and myself were extremely happy and we felt deep in our hearts every note she played during our reception which made it ever more memorable! Many many many thanks for the amazing experience and making our wedding an even more special experience!! Elena and Conor "

FAQs about hiring Wedding Violinists in Dublin
Take the stress out of hiring musicians with Encore
What kind of music can a violinist play?
Pretty much anything! Violinists will usually be most comfortable playing classical music, but that doesn't mean they won't be able whip up fresh renditions of your favourite pop, folk, or jazz tunes. Best to check first before asking them to play krautrock though.
Will I need to provide the violinist with any equipment?
Other than a seat for breaks, probably not. If your venue is small, they will likely play unamplified. All they'll need to make the music happen is their violin, a bow, and a receptive audience (oh, and probably a music stand). If your venue is larger, they should be able to provide amplification.
Do violinists normally play with backing tracks?
It depends. If you only want the violinist’s performance to include classical pieces, they probably won’t need backing tracks. If the violinist’s performance includes pop songs or other styles, they may be able to provide backing tracks to fill out their performance. They’ll often perform the melody line of popular tunes, alongside pre-prepared backing tracks (think: ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran, or ‘Skyfall’ by Adele - these songs sound great played on violin!).
