The communication beforehand was great and I made things difficult by making him a surprise and my chaotic planning in general but Ben was so enthusiastic about my wacky ideas and made sure everything was under control. Everyone absolutely loved the Saxophone it was just such a vibe! Also Ben was just a lovely person and everyone that interacted with him (our coordinator etc commented on how nice he was).
