The set list was perfect, the communication beforehand was really clear and straightforward, they even offered to do their first set outside which was so magical (one of the benefits of not needing to plug into amps!). Most of our brass bands will already have a PAT inspection certificate for their musical equipment/PA system, which they can provide to your venue if they need it.
