From the very beginning, Tom was an outstanding point of contact—responsive, organised, and a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to reply, kept us updated throughout the planning process, and coordinated seamlessly with the rest of the band. We went through several iterations of our playlist, and Tom was incredibly patient and helpful in refining it. He gave us excellent advice on our entrance and exit songs, as well as recommending pieces that perfectly suited the atmosphere and our Asian wedding guests.
