She was very polite, she always had a smile on her face throughout the day, played music that we requested also had a varied repotoir. All our guests commented on how lovely the harp sounded and it made our wedding day complete

Stacy was absolutely superb! She provided music for the meeting of guests and during canapés and drinks and so many remarked on how beautiful the music was. Would highly recommend and using Encore was straightforward and will definitely use again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant. Everyone loved the violinist and the music. Jo was spot on with contacting us, keeping us informed of timescale etc. Was a great help in helping / advising us to choose the music. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was very complimentary about her and the music and they said it just was the final 'tick' to compliment our service. We couldn't compliment Jo enough. ( as she hadn't played at our venue before we advised her of the size of the chapel and she knew exactly what was ideal for us) You certainly would not be wasting your money if you decide to choose Jo.

We hired atomic brass for our wedding. The guests absolutely loved them and we couldn't have asked for more. They made our day truly special and we'd recommend to everyone, they managed to accommodate all our requests and they were very professional. Thanks Sasha and Dean

We hired the band for our wedding. We had a lovely day but the choice of band I probably could have improved as it was not the best experience. I'll try to summarise it as best as I can here and I'll do my best to be even handed. 1) the band arrived late and didnt set up during the speeches which I was informed they were capable of doing. That caused problems for us as it derailed the schedule, the photographer needed to leave at a certain time and so didnt get any photos of people dancing to the band. I'm not sure if they got the first dance. The lateness issue was something I really didnt need on my wedding day. It's a great time and it needs to be free of all stress. 2) no horns. You expect horns when you hire a mariachi band. 3) it wasn't as advertised. We didnt get the three people from the youtube video (and this led me to expect at least one horn player) 4) I asked for their set list, it was never sent to me. It would have really helped 5) we agreed by email the set should have a good number of pop covers with a mariachi twist. It was advertised this could be done. And agreed by my point of contact. We had one pop cover (stand by me) and my girl which we asked for. The guests commented that at a wedding you really expect to hear some music that is familiar to most ears. We didn't get as much as we wanted. 5) once I'd paid the communication was slow and poor. It might have helped if I'd known the setlist / that there would be no horns before the night. At one point I'd sent 3 of 4 messages through different channels before getting a response which didn't address all the points that had been asked. 6) one song we requested was to honour my stepson, by the time they played it he'd gone to bed as it was late. Arriving on time / a little bit of planning could have avoided this. 7) there were a lot more slow songs than high energy songs. I'd said that I wanted music for people to dance to. At the end of the day, that's why I hired a mariachi band. I should say a lot of people danced and enjoyed the music but it did not reach my expectations. I don't want to seem that I'm nit picking - it's natural to want things to run the way you want them to on your wedding day. And it does cut deeply when you've spent a lot of money on a band and they caused things to run late, you feel ignored and you get a very different experience to what you expected from the YouTube video. If you're booking them I wouldn't necessarily discourage you if your heart is set on a mariachi band but I would suggest getting everything you want agreed in writing - songs, instruments, timing - before paying in full. I hope others will find this review informative.

Emma was an absolute life saver! Our initial booking cancelled 2 hours before our wedding and Emma jumped in to save the day. Worked out absolutely perfectly as Emma is an absolute dream! Kavel was amazing, so friendly and a great musician. and the song choice was just right for our big celebration at our Beach Retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better choice of entertainer.
