VerifiedWe had the pleasure of Julius playing at our end of Summer Carnival garden party and he was fabulous. He was able to blend his bongo playing to the music played and he got everyone dancing and trying the drums! We highly recommend Julius as a musician and he is also a top guy!

The only problem was that our wedding overran so we didn’t hear them as long as we’d like (our fault!!) but we’re certainly thinking about when we can next book them to hear them again. VerifiedSandy was an absolutely excellent choice. She arrived well prepared and organised and was friendly, informal and very helpful. Both her sets were excellent. The first a " listening vibe" worked really well. We then cranked it up for dancing and singing along in with her music, with which she coped in an easy manner. She was very responsive and flexible to our needs, playing our requests and keeping the party going. She entertained us for longer than her booking time. Great set, great personality and great commitment. I'd certainly use her again and would recommend her.

VerifiedAbsolutely brilliant. We booked Melody Avenue 2 days before our wedding due to our original band cancelling last minute. Except for the stress of finding a new band, it was a blessing in disguise as what a great band! Everything was brilliant, incredible voice. As soon as they started warming up, everyone stopped talking and looked around in amazement at her voice. Rest of the band were great too, the sound was spot on and everything could be heard clearly. A song request was also learned in a day which was very impressive. All round great choice!
