Melody Avenue are a female fronted pop and rock band that know what a great party is all about! The band are based in the North West and are all experienced musicians, each of them performing in several musical projects before coming together to create the Melody Avenue. The band are fronted by Micki Consiglio who delivers a powerhouse vocal performance every time. Melody Avenue play anything from the classics, such as - Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder and Queen to modern chart floor fillers from Lizzo, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and The Killers. Have a particular decade or genre you love? The band will cater their setlist around your favourites which makes every performance a unique experience, with that personal touch. Even if you want the band to do all 80's or all 60's - we can do that for you no problem. You can choose between a trio or 4 piece band which includes a saxophone player. If you want a bigger band, you can add extra musicians too! Melody Avenue are completely customisable so if you want something that we haven't listed, let us know and we will be able to accomodate. Your Event Melody Avenue's energetic & exciting live sets can be performed as 2 x 45 minutes or 3 x 30 minutes. The band provide a P.A system and stage lighting for every event. As well as the full band party sets, Melody Avenue also offer an intimate 1 x 45 minutes acoustic set (acoustic duo) which is perfect for accompanying drinks or a meal. Includes FREE DJ music played through P.A after set up and before the bands two sets. Includes FREE performance of your first dance song - chosen by you. Option to add DJ service AFTER the band performs. (Additional cost) Option to add acoustic day time set. (Additional cost) Acoustic, Motown and Solo Singer Sets Melody Avenue can offer acoustic, motown or a solo singer set which is an ideal afternoon performance during your drinks reception or dinner entertainment. Performances last for 45 minutes OR 60 minutes with acoustic sets being either an acoustic duo or full band. Micki can also perform an extra set in the day time as a solo singer with professional backing tracks.

Absolutely brilliant. We booked Melody Avenue 2 days before our wedding due to our original band cancelling last minute. Except for the stress of finding a new band, it was a blessing in disguise as what a great band! Everything was brilliant, incredible voice. As soon as they started warming up, everyone stopped talking and looked around in amazement at her voice. Rest of the band were great too, the sound was spot on and everything could be heard clearly. A song request was also learned in a day which was very impressive. All round great choice!

My husband and I hired Melody Avenue for our wedding based on there awesome promo video and I really wanted a band with saz. In person the band where EVEN better and we were so happy. All of our guests had a great time and were up on the dance floor the whole night. Micki's voice is truly outstanding and even her videos don't show just how good she really is. I couldn't believe it when she sang 9 - 5 and sounded EXACTLY like Dolly Parton. She and the band kept our guests entertained the whole night and if you're thinking about booking these guys - just do it! You will not regret it. Thank you so much Melody Avenue!

Wow, these guys are truly a class act. The band where incredibly tight and brilliant musicians and performers. Micki's voice is out of this world - she really is incredible. When she sang "Somebody Else's Guy" the room suddenly went quiet and you could hear a pin a drop. Melody Avenue where the highlight of my party and people still talk about how amazing they were. What do your clients love most about your performances?

Clients love that our sound is fresh and are that there are no songs off limits as Micki can sing pretty much anything! What makes us stands out, we've been told, is our not only our musical ability but how we engage with the audience so much and put on an engaging performance and show. Our energy is high throughout the whole show as we love what we do!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We've performed at so many great venues that have been filled with 100's of people. Micki has performed in festivals for thousands of people.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes - every time! Micki will always be the singer who performs for you. If for some reason Micki cannot attend for example due to illness or loss of voice the client will be notified. We will find a replacement singer for you to approve and send you video footage so the gig can go ahead as planned but if you are not happy we will give you a full refund.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, we can provide anything from 2 - 5 pieces as standard. If you want larger than that that's something we can also do!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer part of this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100 per hour.

How much time do you need to set up?

We need 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our P.A is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes, we're happy for you to pick songs or more commonly pick genres you like (this is on the questionnaire we send out). For example you could choose "Divas, Rock, Pop, 80's" and we'll cater our setlist around that. We recommend picking genres/themes as opposed to you hand picking the set list as we have years of experience knowing what works best.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We will learn your first dance free of charge (or 1 song if it's not a wedding) As for additional song requests, we would have to charge a fee of £30 for this to cover extra rehearsal costs. Feel free to ask us though as chances are we probably know the song.
