Hi! My name is Dan, and I'm a musician who's just finished a master’s degree music composition at the University of Manchester. In the past, I have performed for numerous events, and I can play in a wide variety of styles including pop, jazz, folk, rock, and many more. I have performed with countless orchestras, ensembles, and groups over the years playing music of all kinds of genres, and I have also performed solos and showcases of my own works. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

With enough notice, I can be fairly flexible, as long as I don't have another gig on the same day!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

If provided with an internet connection, I can offer Spotify premium to play whatever songs you might like to hear between sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

If I'm playing with a DJ, I usually only need 10 minutes. If I'm setting up my own system, it's closer to 15-20 minutes.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course! I can advise you on how many songs you'll need for the length of time I'm supposed to play for, but you can pick whichever ones you like! (With enough notice too, I can play songs that aren't on the list - I just need time to arrange the music and find backing tracks.)

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I have my own sax and sound system if needed.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Of course! With enough notice, I can play songs that aren't already on my list - I just need time to arrange the music and find backing tracks.
