"Book The Platinum Party Band, NOW! If you like the look of their style and set list, then they will absolutely smash it out of the park! From start to finish they have been great. Communication was easy over email and phone to get things arranged. On the day of our wedding the band arrived promptly and got themselves set up with zero hassle. Their equipment looked and sounded professional, easily filling our room set for 140 people. They had the dance floor full from their opening number to the last song and brought big energy, fun, character and a great deal of talent with them. We, and all the guests we spoke with after the big day, would recommend The Platinum Party Band, they are fabulous musicians and you can tell they have put a great deal of time and effort into what they do. Can any party band play my favourite song?
Professional party bands will often take requests, but you will need to give them plenty of notice. Please also keep in mind that party bands may ask for an small additional fee to prepare songs that aren't already on their song list. You can view the party band's song list on their Encore profile.
How much time do party bands take to set up?
Your party band will usually arrive about an hour or so before their performance begins to set up and get settled before they start playing. To avoid any delays, make sure the performance space is ready for the party band prior to their arrival.
My venue has asked for the performerâs PLI & PAT inspection certificates. What are these?
PLI stands for Public Liability Insurance. This insurance covers damage to another person or their property (it is also known as third party insurance). As many of our party bands are members of the Musician's Union, they are already covered by PLI up to ÂŁ10 million. PAT stands for portable appliance testing. Most of our party bands will already have a PAT inspection certificate for their musical equipment/PA system, which they can provide to your venue if they need it.
