Absolutely brilliant band and great guys. Great communication from start to finish. Learned our song for the first dance and did a beautiful job of that. Arrived on time and very patient and understanding as we had to start late. They created a brilliant atmosphere and the guests loved them. We loved them. Need another event so we can book them again! Thank you for making our wedding celebration so memorable xx

We recently hosted a special joint celebration for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and our recent wedding, and we had the pleasure of having Goldsworth Gerry perform at our event. They were absolutely brilliant! From the moment they started playing, they brought an incredible energy that set the perfect tone for the night. Their set list was a fantastic mix that catered to everyone, getting guests of all ages up on their feet and dancing. The band’s musicianship was top-notch with excellent sound and equipment, and their performance added so much joy to an already special day. We couldn’t have asked for a better band to make our celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend Goldsworth Gerry for any event where you want to create lasting memories and have a great time!

Hired these guys for our Wedding instead of a DJ, what a good choice. They kept in touch before the event and offered us a list of songs that we could choose from. They were very responsive when we sent texts or emails with questions. They had the whole set up, lights, a great range of instruments and arrived early at the venue. Got the crowd going straight away, banging out some great tunes, everyone loved the music and had a great time, dancing the night away. Would HIGHLY recommend the band for any event, 10/10 - Thanks.

Public Liability Insurance up to £1million. 5. travel costs up to 25 miles each way. 6. choice of the songs for the setlist from our repertoire, should you wish to. 7. learning of 1 special song for first dance (wedding events only). These prices are a guide only. Quotes will be calculated based on the type of event, location and any other specific requirements.

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Absolutely! What you see in the video is 100% what you will get on the night!

Do you have different line-up options?

No - we believe we offer a full band sound with just the 2 of us.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are happy to be flexible with timings - providing they still fit in with our schedule - please just let us know with as much notice as possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we can play pre-recorded music (from your own playlist if you wish) through our PA for up to 1 hour prior to performance + between sets. This is free of charge. If you'd like music after our performance, we can discuss this for an additional fee. This is not strictly a DJ service, however, so you and your guests won't be able to request specific songs.

How much time do you need to set up?

A minimum of 1 hour is required. A suitable amount of time for Goldsworth Gerry to load-in their equipment (from vehicles into the performing area) should also be considered. If the venue has difficult access, parking problems, lots of stairs etc, it's useful for us to be made aware of this in advance, so we can adjust our arrival time accordingly.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes - we will be happy for you to tailor-make your perfect set-list.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes - we are fully self-contained and bring all our own musical equipment, PA system and lighting (which is all insured and PAT tested) so you don't have to worry about any of that and it is all included in the price. Generally, we can fit into spaces 9 feet wide x 6 feet deep (approx 2.75 metres x 1.75 metres) and above.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely! If there is a special song you would like us to perform that is not in our repertoire, we are more than happy to learn it for you. Please be sure to let us know the song of your choice at least 1 month before the event to give us time to learn it - plus, there is a fee of £80 for this service to cover our rehearsal costs.
