"Miguel and his band made the party. They were extremely professional (before the party I was already reassured by their professionalism and attention to detail). As soon as they started playing, the atmosphere of my party became joyful and fun, they sounded amazing (they play and sing fantastic and their sound system was great). It was my 50th birthday party with a mix of people from a broad range of nationalities and almost everyone was on their feet dancing because their music and presence was irresistible. Furthermore, they made me feel very special because they included my name in some of the songs that they played (it was all Cuban/Latinamerican as per my request) which was really fun. I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again if I had another party. They were the highlight of my event (many guests of my party said this to me as well). "

Can any cuban band play my favourite song?
Professional cuban bands will often take requests, but you will need to give them plenty of notice. Please also keep in mind that cuban bands may ask for an small additional fee to prepare songs that aren't already on their song list. You can view the cuban band's song list on their Encore profile.
How much time do cuban bands take to set up?
Your cuban band will usually arrive about an hour or so before their performance begins to set up and get settled before they start playing. To avoid any delays, make sure the performance space is ready for the cuban band prior to their arrival.
My venue has asked for the performer’s PLI & PAT inspection certificates. What are these?
PLI stands for Public Liability Insurance. This insurance covers damage to another person or their property (it is also known as third party insurance). As many of our cuban bands are members of the Musician's Union, they are already covered by PLI up to £10 million. PAT stands for portable appliance testing. Most of our cuban bands will already have a PAT inspection certificate for their musical equipment/PA system, which they can provide to your venue if they need it.
