What do your clients love most about your performances?
What our clients love most is the raw authenticity we bring to the stage. We pour our hearts into the music, creating a real connection with the audience that keeps them engaged and wanting more.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We've had the pleasure of gracing the stages of some of London's most prestigious venues, creating unforgettable experiences for audiences. We've also had the honor of opening for some of the UK's top visiting Cuban artists, bringing the energy of Cuban music to a wider audience.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
The legendary Compay Segundo is a huge influence on our sound. His infectious rhythms and storytelling through music are a constant source of inspiration. We also draw energy from the greats of Cuban music like Tito Puente and Celia Cruz
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
We appeared or shared the stage with numerous prestigious artists including Oscar D'Leon, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Tito Nueves, Lusito Quintero, Cano Estremera, Lusito Carrion, Maelo Ruiz, Tito Gomez, Leodan, Roberto Torres, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias and Wynton Marsalis
Do you have different line-up options?
Absolutely! While you might see specific musician featured in some of our promotional videos, Sabor a Cuba is a dynamic group of 7 talented players. When you book us for your event, we'll work with you to understand your musical preferences and the overall vibe you're aiming for.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely! To keep the party going throughout your event:

We're happy to curate a custom Spotify playlist based on your preferences to play before and in-between our sets, at no additional cost.
Optional DJ Service:
If you'd like a more interactive experience, we can also offer a professional DJ service for an additional quote.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!
Can you roam around while you perform?
Even though we have a designated stage, we'll definitely be bringing the energy across the performance space, making sure everyone feels the music
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with clients to create the perfect atmosphere for their event. We have a wide and energetic repertoire, and we're always happy to learn new songs that fit your vision for the night, when possible.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Sound System: We have a professional sound system available to ensure high-quality audio for your event. Whether you include it depends on the size and location of your venue.
Transparent Pricing: We'll provide separate quotes for the band and the sound system, so you can choose what works best for your budget.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
We sure can, if you book is confirmed at least 1 month before the date.
