The Latin Formula was the perfect band for our wedding in every single way. From making sure we were well connected in advance of the wedding and everything was planned out and ready, through to delivering an awesome atmosphere and party on the day - Latin Formula were superb in every way. In addition to getting our guests up on stage with them to play instruments and sing, they came up with personalised songs involving the bride, groom, family and friends. They even led a huge conga line around the venue!! We had many many many messages from guests saying that this band was one of the best they've ever seen at a wedding, and that they'd woken up the next day singing the songs they played for us. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. They had all of our guests partying well into the night - 10/10 in every way

What a brilliant band! We booked Miguel’s group at fairly short notice for our afternoon garden party. Miguel phoned me twice before the event to check details and discuss our requirements. They arrived early, in plenty of time to set up, and advised on the best place for them to perform. The music was fantastic, they really involved everyone and got people dancing and joining in. They looked and sounded great, and turned the party into a great event. Thank you!

The Latin Formula makes the difference... We do Popular Songs by Ray Charles, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Sting... 50`s, 60`s, 70`s & 80`s in CUBAN STYLE... Plus CUBAN MUSIC. All in one!!! Our clients love the entertainment made by the frontman getting people to sing, clap their hands, come to play to stage and dance to our Latin Catchy Vibes.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, our line-ups are as follows... 4 piece band: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Leader Guitar, Saxophone and Cuban Percussion Set. 3 piece band: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Saxophone and Cuban Percussion Set. 2 piece band: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Leader Guitar and Percussion Loops.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event just let us know

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Not a Dj, but as soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance and the same service can be provided between our sets.!

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes, when it's an acoustic show

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, you can choose one special request from our list.. An extra charge would be applicable if the special song you are requesting needs to be rehearsed/rearranged or it is not on our list of songs here on ENCORE.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

PA yes but not lighting. We usually require a minimum of 4 by 2 metres space to perform

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list, but it is a special song you'd like us to learn, we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £90 for this service to take into account rehearsal expenses, time to learn the song, etc. This request is subject to a month notice and must match the bands style.
