  1. booked The Daisy Chains for a wedding anniversary

    Verified

Absolutely outstanding! We and our guests were blown away by their performance. This was a Golden Wedding celebration and the years just rolled away as we rocked and danced away to the songs of our youth. They were the perfect party band and I recommend them to anyone who appreciates outstanding musicianship and a full dance floor. It is also worth noting that Sophie was brilliant when we got around to finalising the arrangements and practicalities of the event.

We loved The Hound Dogs! Nigel was super-attentive before the wedding and always quick to respond to any questions we had. On the day, the band had everybody up on the dancefloor for the whole evening - their great sound and energy was brilliant and really made our wedding reception. So pleased that we booked you!

  4. booked Andrew Edmond for a wedding

    Verified

Andrew was great and played beautifully. Communication could have been slightly better with venue and celebrant on when I was walking down the aisle, the wrong song was played (I don't think he knew I was coming) but he switched to the correct song immediately. Andrew even learnt a song for us, thank you again Andrew!

Wow - unbelievable!! We booked Neo Roots for our wedding in Yorkshire and they were absolutely incredible. Real talent, professional, courteous, so friendly and warm towards us and our guests and the set-list, wow!! Talk about knowing their stuff and how to work a room. Everyone attending our wedding came up to us asking where the band were from and did we know them and to tell us how incredible they sounded - which is true, they sound fantastic. I only wish we had another event we could book these guys for! Thank you Jess and the band for making our wedding day so special and full of memories to last a lifetime, we are so happy you could perform for us all on the day and cannot thank you enough. We, and all our guests, adored you!!! Lauren & David

  14. booked Gary Coupland for a birthday party

    Verified

Cannot believe how one man can motivate the whole audience. Everyone at the event were blown away. On arrival Gary asked for everyone's name. Including them all, by name as they danced, or getting them on the dance floor, making all our guests feeling special. Our guests have been raving about the night ever since. We have never been to a ceilidh where everyone has felt so comfortable getting on the dance floor, regardless if they knew the dances. Laughter and hilarity all night during a very professional performance. We would recommend Gary for ceilidhs or any type of party events. Very accommodating and great fun. What a special person to make our night the great success that it was. Already been asked by numerous guests, where we got his number. Thank you Gary, not just ourselves, but many of our guests will be calling on your amazing skills in the future.

  16. booked Sexy Rumours for a wedding

Rob and the whole band were so great from our first conversation and they exceeded our expectations on the day, including an amazing rendition of our first dance song. So many wedding guests complimented their talent! After discussions with us in the lead up to the day, they knew just what the crowd wanted to hear! They were super chilled and easy to get on with, even when interacting with some drunk guests! They really completed our super day!

  17. booked The Lemon Céilí Co. for a private event

    Verified

This band was absolutely brilliant! They were incredibly talented, punctual, professional and with a huge knowledge of all things ceilidh. They totally put all of my very much beginner party at ease (most of whom were doing their first ceilidh!), and the caller Briony was fabulous- providing clear, friendly and humourous instructions! The set up they brought with them was too notch, from immaculate sound system to fantastic lighting. We had the best time with this band. I would 100% recommend them and would absolutely book them again. Thanks!
