Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients most often mention how we get everyone dancing — from toddlers to great-grandparents. Our energy, professionalism and musicianship come up again and again, but above all, people feel how much we genuinely love what we do, and that enthusiasm is infectious.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We’ve performed at a huge variety of venues, from large stages and historic halls to marquees, gardens and more intimate spaces — both across the UK and internationally, including a recent wedding in Italy. We’re very flexible, experienced with sound limiters, and always tailor our setup to suit the space.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
We’re influenced by a wide range of artists and styles, from classic rock, pop and soul through to modern indie and chart music. With broad tastes across the band, we draw on whatever best serves the song and the dance floor — versatility is a big part of what we do.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
We’ve played some high-profile gigs, including London Live TV and events in Italy, Germany and Hawaii. But every performance matters to us — we bring the same energy, care and professionalism to every event, no matter the size.
Do you have different line-up options?
Yes — we offer a wide range of line-ups, from solo, duo and trio options through to our four-piece, five-piece (with keyboards), and larger line-ups including female vocals and brass. This flexibility allows us to tailor the band perfectly to your event, space and budget.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We’re very flexible and last-minute timing changes are rarely a problem — just keep us informed. Standard setup is from 5pm onwards. If an earlier setup is required, this can usually be arranged for a small additional fee, depending on the line-up.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes — we can provide background music before and between live sets using a curated playlist, or connect your own device via jack or Bluetooth. We also offer a professional, musician-led DJ service to cover the full evening until 1am, tailored to your taste and guests.
How much time do you need to set up?
We typically allow around 60–90 minutes to set up, depending on the line-up and venue. That said, we’re used to working to tight schedules and can set up more quickly if needed — just let us know the details and we’ll work around your timings.
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes — with our acoustic duo or trio setup we can perform without amplification and move around the space while playing. This works particularly well for drinks receptions, garden events and informal settings, creating a relaxed, interactive atmosphere while keeping sound levels low.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Absolutely — you’re very welcome to choose favourites from our set list and let us know any songs you’d especially like included (or avoided). We also have years of experience building great sets for mixed audiences, so you’re in safe hands either way.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes — our quote includes a professional PA system and stage lighting suitable for your venue. All equipment is high-spec, fully PAT tested, and set up by us, so everything is taken care of on the day.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes — we’re happy to learn a special request in advance where possible, provided it fits our style and is something we feel we can do justice to. Just let us know what you have in mind and we can discuss it with you.
