VerifiedIt was life changing. They played at our home for my husband's 80th birthday party for our family and some friends at our home. They first performed one of Beethoven's late String Quartets (opus 132) ,my husband's favourite, and then a medley of rock and popular music. The first part left us all in tears and the second was fun and light hearted and the grandchildren (aged 7 to 17) thought "it rocked". None of us will ever forget the wonderful experience. The standard of playing was extraordinary and it turned out, that they were not only outstandingly talented ,but also very delightful ,lovely young people. Just book them and you will consider yourself lucky!!

VerifiedFrom start to finish, everything was perfect. Julie played for my mother’s 95th birthday. She responded perfectly to what we needed even to the extent of going to the trouble of learning a few of Mum’s favourites that were new to her repertoire. On the day, her performance was delightful and sensitively tailored to the situation. Many of our guests commented on what a lovely voice she has and how lovely it was to hear all the old tunes so beautifully sung. We would happily recommend Julie to anyone and would like to thank her for helping to make Mum’s day truly special. Our thanks, too to Encore for providing the platform for us to find Julie.

They were very flexible and accommodating with our choices for the night. They are talented musicians and played a great selection of music which had the whole party up dancing to. Well recommended.

From the initial email contact, to meeting with him, through all communication and then the simply stunning music he played on our wedding day, we could not have been more impressed! The harp arrangements he made for our pretty eclectic choice of tunes were just amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and I just wish we could have our ceremony again to hear his wonderful playing! He's fantastic!

VerifiedWe booked Neon Blue last minute... literally two days before our wedding for the day and lucky for us they were free. Encore was fantastic helping with the booking and was completely hassle free. The band even had a keyboardist that played my requested entrance piece which was very special to me. We had lots of positive comments from our friends and family. You could definitely see they are very experience by their professionalism . They created relaxed and friendly atmosphere for our wedding. We couldn't have wanted more. So happy to have booked them!

VerifiedNice gang, Good contact on the run up to the gig. Willing to learn any first dance song. Polite and friendly. Arrived in plenty time. Set up well. Patiently waited for a drunk bride and groom to come to the floor for the first dance. When playing, had a good mixed repitoir. All the guests said they were amazing. All in key and fairly tight and relaxed. Confident. They had a tough gig at my wedding. 22/06/2019, so it was very very bright ( I find guests usually get on the floor when it gets darker). But all round great gang. Felt bad I didn't get much of a chance to chat to them. Wish them all the best.
