Sam played at my 50th birthday party with a mixed audience, everyone loved it. He's a very talented chap with a wide repertoire to suit many tastes - the hard part was choosing which songs to leave out! We had our own PA so I could even sing along to a few as well. Great guy, easy to get on with - thanks Sam :-)

Sam was fantastic for us. A Christmas private house party. We’d erected a small marquee outside and whilst it was protected from the elements, it was still reasonably chilly inside and bless him, Sam, still played a cracking 2 hour set inside which went down brilliantly. He was prompt and great communication prior and his singing on the night was fabulous. We loved having him and look forward to seeing him again πŸ‘

Sam was absolutely fantastic from the first initial message I sent all the way through to the event itself. Sam was very polite, accommodating and really made the night with this excellent performance. Everyone commented on the singer and Sam even let us use his mic to do some speeches at the end of the gig when many could've said no. Would highly recommend and we'll no doubt book Sam again in the future.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I am normally quite flexible with regards to timing/situation changes. Don't hesitate to ask or let me know of any changes and I will do my best to accommodate.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I cannot provide a DJ service after my set has finished but between sets and just prior to my first set beginning, you're very welcome to use my PA through your device for background music.

How much time do you need to set up?

I normally require up to 30 minutes to set up my equipment, but this can be done quicker as it is a minimal but powerful set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course, the set list is purely a guide as to what songs are part of my repertoire. I can cater the songs I play specifically to your event and your preferences, so feel free to let me know if you have any favourites you would like to hear.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Absolutely! I provide PA and all musical equipment with me for each performance.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, I can take song requests prior to the event, and I offer this service free of charge, so feel free to let me know of the style you would like and any particular favourites you would like to hear.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My clients have often been vocal about my versatility and my personable approach to each gig. I endeavour to cater to each client's needs as quickly and as best as I can so that their event is as successful as it can be.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have played countless venues in the past, ranging from back gardens all the way to large churches with everything and anything in between!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I take influence from Soul and Motown artists such as Sam Cooke, Otis Redding and Bill Withers, and my repertoire reflects this as you can see!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

So far, the most high profile gig I have played was for a wedding at Preston Court in Kent, one of the most beautiful venues I've ever played!
