We are a traditional Ceilidh Band, available for events across all of Scotland. We provide a complete entertainment package to suit your requirements and budget. Band Members will teach and demonstrate every dance, walking you through each one before the music starts so everyone is able to get up on the dance-floor and join in the fun – so if you’re never done a Gay Gordons before, or if you can’t even spell Kaylee, you’ll still be able to have a great time. We can also provide a disco for between sets of ceilidh dancing to allow you to catch your breath while still keeping the atmosphere in party mode. We’re happy to include your own playlist or let us know any special requests. We can also keep the evening going for a later finish after the ceilidh dancing.

We booked Copper Ceilidh for our small wedding and it was fantastic. Everyone had fun and was enjoying the called dances. Copper Ceilidh are extremely good organised. Jan Clark took all the pressure from us and got in touch with the venue herself to clarify open questions so we didn't have to worry about anything. We can just recommend to book Copper Ceilidh for your next event. We can not thank them enough as all of us had an amazing time.

Absolutely wonderful band, took the time to walk everyone through the dance steps and got good banter going with the crowd. Excellent players, music was beautiful, overall brilliant band and couldn't have asked for any better!

I really wanted to say a massive thank you to yourself and the band for making my party so special. I thoroughly enjoyed the party, and everyone I've spoken to since the night has said it was a brilliant night. I think this is mainly down to how good the band were, I think the night was split perfectly between ceilidh dancing and the disco. The dances were great, and I really liked the interaction between the crowd and band. I will certainly be passing on the band's name as a massive recommendation to others. Thanks again for making the night so enjoyable. I hope our paths cross again some time soon!
