  1. booked Rock With Us for a private event

    Verified

Lilac and the band were the perfect choice for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. She was a pleasure to work with and was happy to tailor a set to suit our needs. The band learned a number of songs especially for us, which was amazing. They have excellent equipment that ensured they were able to tailor the soung to the space perfectly - not too loud, not too quiet. Lilac and co are great performers and got everyone dancing, including some usually-sulky teenagers. They made our daughter feel special and she had an amazing time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  11. booked Tim Graham for a concert

    Verified

I am a singer/songwriter travelling from the US, and hired Tim to play drums in my first show in the UK, and was blown away! I'm very particular about how my songs are played, but the level of familiarity and attention to detail he had walking into the first rehearsal was so far beyond what I'm used to that I didn't even need to ask for any changes. The show went great and made me feel like my songs had been presented at the highest quality possible. Highly recommended to anyone needing a drummer!

  15. booked The Angelettes (Sensational Motown Tribute Show) for a bar / club / venue event

    Verified

I booked the Angelettes for a Motown Event last month and they were great! From booking, through to the event itself; they were brilliant. Extremely professional, nothing was too much, they provided us with posters and on the night there were a few birthdays which they sang happy birthday for which was a lovely touch. Their show is great, brilliant songs with voices to match and great dancing. I would definitely book this group again!

  16. booked MATEI for a recording session

    Verified

Matei surpassed expectations. He is an excellent musician with beautiful tones from his violin, but more than that, he is a wonderful improviser. Matei accompanied us in the studio where we are putting the final touches to an album, and he played in a range of 3 or 4 different genres for us. Great guy, and we all wish him every success in his musical career.

  17. booked Sound Express band for a private event

    Verified

Sound Express are an amazing band! Even just their trio of musicians produced a superb comprehensive sound of such good quality and clarity. Each of the 3 musicians that performed for our 50th birthday party are evidently extremely talented with plenty of charisma. Bea the lead singer interacted well with the crowd and sang beautifully in Spanish, Italian & English. Chicco the Keyboard player was evidently so skilful and produced such a kaleidoscope of stunning sound quality. Jose the Manager and a fantastic drummer was great to liaise with before their performance. He was extremely helpful in corresponding by text, email and a phone conversation. A friend of mine who is a keen amateur drummer was mesmerised by his drumming skills! Sound Express created such a good atmosphere for all our guests that have all fedback how brilliant they were. I just wish the party and their performance could have continued for several hours more as they did increasingly manage to draw a good number of our guests on to the dance floor who were having such a good time! I would definitely book again and hope to arrange a salsa party in the future!

  18. booked Barn With Us for a private event

    Verified

Phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better band and DJ to provide the entertainment at our event. With 124 people at the party between the ages of 19-55, they had everyone up dancing - all night. The communication before, during and after the event was great. It was a pleasure to have them there and I would book again in a heartbeat. Their energy was contagious, they chose the perfect songs for the mood and carried an amazing energy that kept the party going until 0230 in the morning! Would highly recommend and use again! Thank you very much!
