She has been harpist in residence at the Shangri-La hotel on Hong Kong Island, and has given recitals in Nelson and Christchurch Cathedrals in New Zealand. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Usually your event will be my only booking for the day, so I am very happy to adjust timings if at all possible. If you would like to change the length of time I will be playing at the event, just let me know and I can amend the quote.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually aim to arrive at least an hour before I am due to start playing, but am often earlier than that.

Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?

Yes, all costs are included. Events over 40 miles will incur a small extra travel expense, but this will be included in the quote.

Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?

If you would like me to play outdoors, this needs to be discussed before the booking is made. I don't usually play my full-size harp outside, unless there is full overhead protection from sunlight and sudden rain. If this is not possible, I do have a smaller, more portable harp I can bring for outdoors events, though some shade will still be required.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely! I encourage clients to choose the music for important moments, such as a wedding ceremony. However, for longer periods of time it's not necessary to make a detailed playlist - just let me know what sorts of styles you would like, and any particular favourites that you would like included, and I can take it from there.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes! I'm happy to learn up to two new pieces that aren't already on my repertoire list. If you would like more new pieces than this, just let me know, and we can discuss the small fee for this.

She was amazing at our wedding, her playing was absolutely beautiful and she knew such a huge variety of songs to play and she even learned a song we requested :). Definitely going to recommend her to other people and for them to go see her youtube channel as it's brilliant.

Lizzie was absolutely lovely and had taken the time to ask me what the colour scheme was for the day so she could dress accordingly. How very thoughtful of her. Her repertoire was very varied, from the Beatles to classical music, and was perfect. My niece and her new husband, together with our guests, really enjoyed Lizzie's playing. The most magical and memorable piece of music for us all was when she played "Let It Go" from the film Frozen, and our grandchildren sang along with Lizzie. A tear-jerking moment! Lizzie was a real star and we enjoyed every moment!

Thank you so much for playing at our wedding! You were absolutely amazing and you played everything perfectly that we requested. I just wish I could go back and listen to you play again! Honestly, we can't thank you enough and are so glad we found you to play on our special day.
