Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Solo Violin Solo Violin with backing track I also play piano

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know. A few days in advance would be ideal.

How much time do you need to set up?

10m or so.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes you can, the pieces are there so you can choose and make your event what you want it to be. It can be helpful to talk to me to discuss your choices so we can see what works best. Any pieces that aren't on the repertoire list I am happy to learn if you ask me in advance.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in the song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you. There may be a fee of £30 for this service (depending on the difficulty of the piece) to take into account rehearsal times.

Reviews

From customers:

Recording S, 4 years ago

Rhona played all the violin and piano on my Kinnaber Junction album Looking at the tracks. As well as playing Rhona also composed all the string arrangements for the album. To say I was pleased with the results would be a massive understatement. I gave her a basic guitar and vocal track to work with and left the rest to her. The results took many of the songs to a whole new level for which I will be eternally grateful. While Rhona was much younger than the rest of the musicians on the album she settled in great with everyone and her attitude and commitment were second to none both in the studio and at live gigs. I would recommend Rhona to anyone, I look forward to hopefully working with her again in the future and wish her every success in her musical career.
