Amy was absolutely amazing - she took the time to talk to us well in advance of the event to get an idea of what we were looking for, and absolutely nailed it on the night, getting everyone up and dancing for her whole set. She looked like she was having the best night, and everyone commented on how much she seemed to love her job! Working with Amy was absolutely seamless, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous DJ to get your party jumping! Thank you so much!

Amy was an absolutely amazing DJ, and a real highlight of our wedding. She was really responsive, right from our first enquiry, throughout planning the setlist and logistics, and getting everything ready for the day. She had impeccable taste, and her song list had loads of crossover with ours, so it was all exactly what we wanted! Her mixing and energy on the night got everyone going, and so many people told us that she was the best live DJ they had ever seen! We are completely over the moon. 100% would recommend!

Amy was a fantastic addition to our Silent Disco. Her communication before the event was good and she arrived perfectly on time. She was helpful during the setup and very professional. What do your clients love most about your performances?

It would have to be my energy! I have a great ability to read a room and decide what the crowd are feeling, I'm always having the best time on stage too and the audience really appreciates that!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I've played to clubs and venues all across the South West! I've also held residencies at The Blue Lagoon and Lost Horizon. Some of my favourite places I've played include Strange Brew, The S.S. Great Britain, Rough Trade, Two More Years and Southbank Club! I also love visit a number of wedding venues, these range from barns, to yurts and even a school!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I'm inspired by music from all over! I absolutely love city pop, bossa nova and filthy 90's hits! I have a sweet spot for the music of Hall & Oates and Donna Summer. In terms of DJ's, I love everything Folamour and Flamingosis have released, they fuse nostalgia, synths and energy to create something really special.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I wouldn't necessarily say the most high profile, however it would have to be somewhere which has given me a repeat booking, or in some cases, a residency. For me, that's a real sign of success, if a venue has loved what I've done and repeatedly booked me on a weekly / yearly basis to be in charge of the music for their special events.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know and I can amend!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I rarely - if ever! - take breaks when performing. I tend to play all the way through the night. Usually couples will provide their own playlist for background music which I am always happy to help curate!

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive and set up 1.5 / 2 hours before the scheduled performance time.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I encourage you to get in touch beforehand so we can discuss the feel for the night or if there are any genres/artists that are an absolute must; and also which ones to avoid. Based on this I will curate a set with your music in mind! I'd highly recommend creating a reference playlist!

Yes! Depending on whether or not the venue would prefer to use their in-house PA and lighting system. I have my own PA and lighting rig that I bring should you prefer.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Should there be any songs that are particularly meaningful or absolute favourites, let me know beforehand and I can slot them into the set. I also take requests on the night should anyone have any last-minute additions and I will try my best to work them into my set.
