DJ James Stephens

My wife and I recently got married in August 2024, and getting the music right for our wedding party was a big deal for both of us. Our friends and family network comprises of Welsh, Nigerian and English backgrounds, hence very different music tastes. So, getting a DJ that would read the room and play to this seemingly tough crowd was very important to us, and this is why we simply cannot recommend James highly enough. Right from the first meeting, he was very open and excited to take on this unique challenge. He has a very friendly approach and on our first call, he shared relatively similar experiences of other weddings he had done which required blending various music tastes. He was incredibly detail oriented and professional throughout the process by providing us with a sample playlist based on our initial discussions, and also required us to complete information sheets for a more tailored DJing experience on the day. He worked seamlessly with us, and also with the other vendors on the day. On the day, he arrived in very good time as agreed, and not only did he blow our guests away with his DJ set, but he also led some couple games (Mr & Mrs) which went down an absolute treat. Considering the price we paid, the quality of service delivered, and the overall experience we had from our wedding party, DJ Feel the Funk disco was an absolute steal. 5 stars all round – highly highly highly recommend.
