We had the pleasure of hiring ZHL Strings for our wedding this week and I couldn’t recommend them more. Booking was so easy, as was all of the communication and planning beforehand. We had asked for a few specific songs and for them to generally play throughout our ceremony and reception and they were wonderful, we had a lot of comments from the guests about how they added so much to the atmosphere. They also provided us with one of the most magical moments of our day when they graciously played one of our songs again for just my husband and I while our guests made their way to dinner. It is something I’ll never forget. Thank you so much ZHL Strings and if you want fantastic musicians who are a delight to have around, you’ve found them.

Dan is one of the most efficient, professional and entertaining DJs that I have worked with in 28 years of gigging. I mean that very genuinely! I was booked via a wedding fair to play music for a wedding reception. At very short notice, the couple found out that they could have the reception venue for the evening (original plan was to stop at 4pm), so wanted to extend my booking which, due to being booked elsewhere, I couldn't do. As the couple didn't know what to do, I agreed to help find someone - and that is when Dan came to the rescue. He arrived very promptly (early, in fact) to ensure a smooth transition from my performance, the speeches, through to him setting-up and continuing the entertainment for the rest of the evening. What was particularly impressive was that he only received a playlist from the couple with LESS than 24 hours notice! It wasn't a typical playlist either - they particuarly wanted a lot of Latin American/Spanish music, amongst other things. The repertoire demands were absolutely no problem for Dan; he put together one of the most diverse playlists that I have ever seen in my 28 years, and the couple (the bride being from Brazil) have fed back to me that they were much more than thrilled with the music Dan played. The huge range of Latin music that would get people dancing was exceptional! We hope that not too many wedding gigs are carried out at such short notice, but if something occurs and you need short-notice cover, Dan is your man! And if not short-notice, Dan is STILL your man!

I cannot recommend Changing Gravity enough. Mike was so great in helping answer all my pre-wedding/Bridezilla questions! On the day we had so many comments about how beautiful their sets were. They even learnt extra songs for us to make the ceremony extra special. Would love to hire them again for a future event. The perfect accompaniment for your wedding or special event! If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would !!! Jeff is so lovely and was the PERFECT addition to our incredible wedding. He really set the mood amazingly and was surprised when the venue over got him refreshments. Would recommend to ANYONE !

Hire James! He was magnificent and played a huge part in a successful wedding. Was very relaxed and straight forward ahead of the event, after a useful intro chat we trusted him that he knew the sort of thing we wanted and with just a few songs we put on a ‘black list’ we let him get on with choosing tunes that fitted the mood and taking requests from our guests. He learned one song specifically for us and was able to switch up from a quiet mood as he started , to our first dance then in to full blown party with everyone on the dance floor belting out tunes . He is also just a good bloke who was great to work with and genuinely seemed to enjoy the event himself which was great and further added to the positive mood he created . Hire James for your event- it will be a good decision !

Lucinda was absolutely brilliant . Played a number of specific songs we wanted for our wedding ceremony and blew us away as well as our guests. Her contribution to our special day was enormous, moving literally everyone (including me to tears when I heard her warming up !) she was also really great to deal with in advance of the wedding- no hassle, adaptable and pragmatic . And then delivered a truly magnificent performance . You won’t regret hiring Lucinda for your event !

We booked The House Devils for our wedding and they played such a fantastic part in the day, from the start communication with Mat was clear and easy and the music they played on the day was in perfect keeping with the atmosphere of the reception. Simply the coolest people we have ever met! Highly recommend for any wedding or event - these 3 certainly bring the party! We had Beato Burrito for our wedding reception, and they were just incredible. Every single one of our guests hasn't stopped talking about them since the wedding! They really were the show stoppers of the evening and we can't thank you enough!
