Matt is a professional, energetic and passionate Saxophonist. He has played up and down the UK and in Europe entertaining wedding guests, corporate or those just looking for a big Friday night out! With over 7 years of experience playing with DJ's he is the perfect add-on to keep the dance floor busy all night long. Before moving to London, Matt could be found playing in Cardiff's busiest bars playing with a range of DJ's. He trained at RWCMD and graduated with a first class honors degree in Jazz, he is incredibly versatile and can play anything from Deep House, to the dance classics.

I booked Matt for my husbands surprise 40th birthday and I’m so pleased I did. After weeks searching the internet for a saxophonist I knew from the moment I watched his showreel he was exactly what I was looking for and he didn’t disappoint. In fact he exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I booked he responded quickly to all of my queries and was open to my ideas and requests. He has an extensive playlist with some great songs that would get anyone on the dance floor! I had already booked a DJ and Matt willingly collaborated with him prior too and during the party, you would never have known that they had never met before. #whatablazingsquad! I loved that Matt not only roamed around the dancefloor but joined in with my husbands signature dance move kicking his legs whilst turning around whilst playing the Sax! Incredible!!!! Safe to say the crowd went wild and I got asked the same question over and over again. “Where did you find this guy - he is amazing!” Matt is a true professional, unbelievable saxophonist and genuinely lovely lovely guy who I would recommend in a heart beat. I’m actually thinking of a reason to throw another party just so I can book him again.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I am very energetic! I enjoy using my wireless mic so I can roam around the room and dance with the guests on the dance floor!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I've been lucky enough to perform up and down the country and even in Europe. My favourite was the Royal Albert Hall!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Thats absolutely fine! Just let me know and we can work on the new timings together. If it means a change in price then don't panic, just email me the new details and we can work it all out.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

If you haven't got a DJ booked, then I have a pre-made playlist lasting 4 hours that can be played and I can play to. You can also add any music you like to that too!

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually only need 30mins to set up, if you have a DJ booked then I can just plug my wireless mic into his system and off we go!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course you can, I can play to any song you request. This makes the evening and event as much your own!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Absolutely, you won't need to provide anything apart from power for myself and/or the DJ

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, it is popular for the Sax player to play along to first dances usually. I can learn any song you like, just let me know before the day!
