I have had the pleasure of booking Vijay for performances, workshops and classes at Kala Sangam Arts Centre over a number of years. He's an artist we keep coming back to - he is one of the most talented musicians we work with and the ultimate professional. Whether you're looking for the headline act, beautiful background music for a function, or a trusted teacher, I cannot recommend Vijay highly enough. Alex Croft - Creative Director, Kala Sangam

Vijay Venkat is an artist par excellence. He is a multi instrumentalist, composer and an art connoisseur too. I have known Vijay for nearly 10 years. He has worked with me in several projects. Morris-Natyam is a dance and music fusion project. Vijay has played a vital role in the project as a lead musician. He has also composed a classical tune and played folk tunes for the project. He has given his valuable inputs during the R&D phase. He was part of the regional tour 2019- 2021. Some of the major venues: Whitby Musicport festival, Tullie museum Carlisle, Multi cultural festival, Carlisle. Rani-Maharani, project was specially made for Her Majesty The Queen’s platinum Jubilee celebration. Vijay supported by arranging the music, pre recording the score:English National anthem and a similar Indian classical tune. He lead a team of musicians to present a live show with musicians and dancers.
