From Rockabuy Records in Oakham, Tom plays either with vinyl records or digitally to suit your event. Each event is tailored to your need, be it a wedding with 1000 guests, or a garden party with 5 of you… we will cover it. Over 40 million tracks available and 20,000 vinyl records to choose from there’s nothing we don’t have. Previously supported artists ROLLA from Manchester who have supported Kasabian on an arena tour, Will Varley who played an incredible Glastonbury set in 2025 and most notably indie pop giants The Hoosiers with personal links to other major artists. Tom is microphone confident, relaxed and ready for your event. Tom is able to supply a full lighting rig as well as other additional products such as a smoke machine, Photo Booth and balloon arches- everything is covered within the price quoted!

We have recently booked the vinyl DJ for my dads 60th birthday, he was great, very friendly and approachable. Tom arrived early to set up and took requests all night. He was great!

Fantastic DJ for my birthday! We specifically wanted indie/alternative (Oasis etc!) music. Tom came with it all on vinyl, which was refreshing to see, and played a superb set. Tom made plenty of contact between booking and the event which reassured us that this was always going to be a great party. Thank you Tom.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

People tend to love the fact that we are playing music purely on vinyl

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I've performed in a variety of venues up and down the country from small cafes to large music venues.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Oasis are the main ones for me!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I've recently been the support act for The Hoosiers when they played at Rockabuy Records in Oakham!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That's absolutely fine! Just please give reasonable notice and I will make the arrangements work for a great event

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I offer both Vinyl DJ sets and also digital DJ. There really is something for everyone!

How much time do you need to set up?

I can be set up and ready to go in around 30 minutes

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely, let me know what you want to hear and i'll be sure to play it

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, all the equipment is mine and no stress on you to provide a thing,

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

As a DJ, it's my job to make sure the tunes are right! Anything you specifically want, i'll make sure the record is available to play on the day!
