Sophie Towns

Sophie Towns is an accomplished performer, having graduated with BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre from the London College of Music (UWL) in 2015. Since then, Sophie has performed in theatres across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world, playing leading roles such as Dorothy (In the Italian tour of "The Wizard Of Oz"), Wendy ("Peter Pan") andappearing alongside Ramin Karimloo and Kerry Ellis in the West End production of "Godspell". Sophie has also had the huge honour of performing backing vocals on Tony Hadley's fantastic album, "Talking To The Moon", receiving radio play all over the world, including Radio 2in the UK. Here the release was the "Album Of The Week" and the single, "Take Back Everything" enjoys critical acclaim. Sophie performs regularly at the fabulous Peak Sunday Sessions in London's West End, alongside the hugely talented Michael Auger from "Collabro". She also performs across the UK as a vocalist with Roger Parkes Productions and their hit show 'Piano Man' singing classics from artists such as Elton John, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder and many more! Sophie has had the pleasure of performing as Lead Production Vocalist on worldwide tours on Cruise Ships. She first began on Silversea onboard the "Silver Shadow" and then to follow their flagship vessel, the "Silver Muse". From here she has moved to work with the wonderful Viking Cruises which began in 2020 onboard the "Viking Jupiter" and she is currently sailing on board the "Viking Orion". Sophie has also made numerous television appearances, including Comic Relief and The Xtra Factor. With over 10 years of experience, Sophie is well known locally and performs at many gigs/events and weddings where she will cater to your theme and needs whatever the event.
