With over 18 years of experience as a professional piper, I have played at many different events around the world. Whether it's Weddings, Parties, Burns' Suppers, Corporate Events or Reunions, the sound of finely tuned Highland Bagpipes is guaranteed to create a lasting memory forever. I was initially taught to play Highland Bagpipes at the Feis in Edinburgh. I was then taught by Andrew Warren and Dugald McNeill of the College of Piping, then Ewan Boyd (Solo Gold Medalist), then Pipe Major R. M. Hay (City of Exeter Pipes and Drums), some of the best in the business! I work with a selection of trusted piping friends who offer the highest standards of uniform and performance. As well as solo pipers, I can also provide small pipe bands and ceilidh bands to events and weddings across Edinburgh, Fife, Glasgow and the Scottish Borders.

We booked Neil at very short notice having been let down by our previous piper. He was absolutely outstanding. It was hugely important to us to make the day as special as possible for the pupils and Neil contributed to this immensely. He looked fabulous in his full piper outfit and his playing was fantastic. Communication prior to the event was first class and we will definitely be using him again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Neil played the bagpipes at our wedding on 12th March at Winton House. He was superb and looked the part. All our guest were very impressed with him and enjoyed having their photo taken with him. We would highly recommend Neil for any occasion.

Thank you for the wonderful job you did piping at our wedding at Old College. The sound was excellent, our guests (especially from overseas) really enjoyed the music and seeing a bagpiper in full regalia, and the thorough professionalism you brought to the job was much appreciated. Kirsten says that exiting the car at the venue, the first thing she heard was the sound of your pipes, and this was a reassurance to her that everything was actually going ahead! We would be happy to recommend you to anyone looking for a piper at a special occasion.
